a) For your information, with Attivarti.org and the BuioMetria
Partecipativa project we have published the third interview in a series we
started last year:

The previous interviews may be found on the Attivarti.org site:

b) I originally proposed the idea of the interviews as one of the
dissemination actions in the context of the Loss of the Night Network,
which some of you will know.
In fact, the format has been open to any expert in the field, independently
of his/her affiliation, and we would like to take the opportunity of this
great year for olive oil (just kidding, but it seems that olive oil in
Tuscany this year will be great) to further open up our reach.

If you have an interesting story or point of view relating to your activity
on light pollution and would like to share this with Attivarti.org and the
BuioMetria Partecipativa project, please write to buiometria at attivarti.org

If the interview process goes on based on our evaluation of your idea, two
things will happen.

1) We will provide a translation of the interview into Italian, since one
of our priorities is raising awareness on different angles of the light
pollution story in Italy, and we like the idea of bringing testimonials
from around the globe.

Our national audience includes all of the "BuioMetria Partecipativa
community", plus a fair number of national media from which BuioMetria
Partecipativa has been covered since 2008.

2) We will also circulate the English version of the interview to our
international audience, which is not just composed of light pollution
specialist and is built on over twenty years of activities in Europe and

Many thanks for your attention, and best regards from Tuscany!
