[SQM] User contributed files & Scotland park dark sky bid

Hello all,

We have a user contributed file section:

Recently, SQM-LE user Andre Germain has provided his additions to the
SQM-LE Perl logging script. This update grabs the "dark sky clock"
information from http://cleardarksky.com to allow the SQM-LE to only log
data when the there is a decent sky condition.

If you would like to share your projects with others, please send them to
me for addition to this "download" section.


In other news, officials in Scotland are trying to get "Galloway Forest
Park" registered by the IDA to be named Europe's darkest spot. They must
try to get a reading of 22 or greater on the SQM for the IDA to recognize
